Bishop Leon Pierce serves as the Senior Pastor of Greater Emmanuel Church, leading the congregation with a heart for God's Word, prayer, and the empowerment of His people. Under his leadership, Greater Emmanuel Church has grown into a vibrant community of faith committed to love, service, and transformation. Lady Anthonette Pierce stands faithfully alongside Bishop Pierce, ministering to the women and families of the church with grace, wisdom, and compassion. Together, they embody the heart of Greater Emmanuel Church — a church that loves God, loves people, and loves their community.

Assistant Pastor Edwin Houston serves alongside Bishop Pierce with dedication and a genuine heart for ministry. He is committed to teaching God's Word, shepherding the congregation, and strengthening the spiritual foundation of Greater Emmanuel Church. Lady Robbins Houston ministers with warmth and encouragement, supporting the vision of the church and the women and families within it. Together, they are a pillar of strength and service within the Greater Emmanuel Church family.
